RUNNER PROFILE 8:
Nikki Lesberg has improved amazingly in the last 18 months. She has brought her PBs down to 17.23 for 5km, 36.00 for 10km and culminating in her super 5th place in the Victorian half marathon championships at Burnley in 1.19.55.
Nikki has worked extremely hard on her nutrition and has found a balance that works well to give her the power and energy required over various distances. Her individualised strength program has been geared to help keep her injury free and has helped to increase her sprinting speed and staying power.
How looking forward to a summer track season, more PBs are looking on the cards for this determined runner.
