Half marathon off a heavy training week.
Michael Kernahan scored two medals at the Australian
University Championships in Sydney, with silver in the
10000m and bronze in the 5000m
The Challenge Melbourne sprint distance triathlon
(700m/30km/7.3km) saw Greg Dickson power around the course
in 2.24.23.
