In 2016, Christian has achieved 1st place in a number of events including the Southern Highlands Community Fun Run (time: 34:27 (course record); date: 27/03/16), the SMC Road Race Series Smithfield Half Marathon (time:1:14:43; date: 22/05/16) and the Georges River Festival of the Feet Half Marathon (time: 01:15:13;date: 17/07/16 ). Christian also achieved second place in the Newcastle New Run (time: 34:30; date: 2/4/2016). In recent times, Christian has achieved PBs over a three different distances including 10km (race: Sydney 10; time: 32:59; date: 7/5/16); 11km (race: Sutherland 2 Surf; time: 35:32; age category ranking: 4th; date: 24/07/16) and 21.1km (race: ASICS Half Marathon; time: 01:12:58; date: 3/7/16).
