aged 38, has raced strongly so far in 2016. She opened with a solid 8km at Mother’s Day Classic in May with a 30.51. She finished second female overall behind Olympian Victoria Mitchell. In June Kate had a hit out at the Parramatta Park Run. She finished first woman overall in 17:58. In July Kate finished 15th woman overall in a strong field at the Gold Coast Half Marathon with a blistering 1:20.02. This was a PB of a minute for her. Kate will soon line up for the City to Surf, and then the Melbourne Marathon where she will aim to break 2:50:00.
