Internet Coaching is Successful to Provide Running Training Program
As a seasoned running mentor, I will develop an individualized Running Training Program for you to meet your desires in the sport.
The running training program can help prepare you for races over events ranging from middle distance on the track through to ultra-marathons on trails and roads.
I will send an individualized program to you over email, after having carefully studied your running training and racing history, current performances and target races.
Once you have the running program, you will be able to interact with me daily using internet and phone to discuss your development and for ongoing adjustments.

Being a full-time running coach enables me to access emails and phone calls most hours of most days. I facilitate your running program and progress from beginning to end with vigour and enthusiasm. I cater to your needs when you require help- not a day later or when it fits into my schedule.
Most other online running coaches are “part-time”. Writing running programs is simply something they do in their spare time, often late at night or in their lunch break. They have full time jobs or are elite runners who coach on the side. Those who have full time jobs know what their priority is. Those who know elite runners (and I have coached many myself) know that they generally put their own running first.
I am a firm believer in catering for runners’ individual needs. Thus, no two running training programs are the same. Running training and racing is different for each individual and thus my running programs have to reflect this.
