Personal Running Workshops
Individual Coaching Sessions (one on one)
These personal workshops involve individualized instruction to help you reach your goals. Cost is $100 for 1 hour.
Workshops involve;
- Best practice warm ups and cool downs
- Discussion of client’s running targets
- Running Technique maneuvers
- Breathing methods for various paces with drilling
- Training over different distances using a variety of speeds. Instruction for pacing and race stratagem are routine.
- Review of workshop at the end.
- Booking further workshops if necessary with same trainer to build skills.
